Nurses
Advancing Diabetes Care in the 21st Century CourseTarget Audience:
This program is designed for registered nurses and other related health care professionals who care for persons with diabetes in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The goal is to enhance knowledge regarding current DM management, to improve continuity of DM education provided across the continuum of care and to improve the quality of lives for patients with diabetes.

Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the PA State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Registered Nurses attending the entire progra, completing a pre- and post-test and completing an evaluation, will receive 7.8 Contact Hours
To Register:
Registration deadline is two weeks prior to the course to allow enough time to distribute the required pre-tests. You MUST bring the completed pre-test for admittance into the class.
Fee:
$90.00 (waived for LVHHN employees)
